I'm a millennial. What does that mean? Well, it means that I am part of the Millennial Generation, Generation Y, the generation that comes after Gen X. Millennials are smart, individualistic, technology-driven. We can't go 20 seconds without picking up our phones to check Facebook, Instagram. We are always in touch, never more than a text message away. Yet we have lost connection with each other, we don't know how to create meaningful relationships, we don't know how to connect with others. We are diverse. We embrace individuality, yet we fall into the likeness of our peers. We are accepting. We are leaders. We are the new entrepreneurs and owners of successful new businesses. We are the future. We are millennials.
